Mental health 5k run/walk

Join us for the Gary Clark Foundation’s 1st annual Mental Health 5k Run/Walk,
a day dedicated to bringing Mental Health awareness and
resources to our local community.

Event Description

Join us for the Gary Clark Foundation’s 1st annual Mental Health 5k Run/Walk Event, a day dedicated to bringing awareness and resources to our local community. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, July 19th from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Municipal Park, in Clayton.

We’re lacing up our sneakers and hitting the pavement to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, every step helps start conversations, spread awareness, and support those impacted by mental health challenges.

This event isn’t just about crossing the finish line—it’s about coming together as a community to show that mental health matters. All proceeds will support the Foundation of Hope, helping to provide resources, education, and research.

Let’s move for a cause. Let’s move for mental health.

The local Clayton police department and Town of Clayton are teaming up with us to make this happen!
